These assets are engineered to deliver rapid early production and substantial long-term upside, underpinned by nearly one billion dollars of combined NPV across both projects. We've structured this raise in three phases: an initial $20 million close focused on eligible US, Canadian and Global investors, followed by a $100 million expansion close, and ultimately a $1 billion platform engagement with larger institutional and sovereign partners.
