Compliance Framework
Quantum Swiss Fund maintains a comprehensive compliance framework designed to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Our compliance program is overseen by our Chief Compliance Officer and supported by a dedicated compliance team.
Code of Conduct
All employees and representatives of Quantum Swiss Fund are bound by our Code of Conduct, which establishes standards for ethical behavior, conflicts of interest management, and professional integrity in all business dealings.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
We maintain zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. Our policies comply with the Swiss Criminal Code, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the UK Bribery Act. All business partners and vendors are subject to due diligence review.
Sanctions Compliance
